Chapter Two: Scout’s attitude towards school was very upbeat and positive before she actually went to the school. I believe Scout only longed to go to school so much because she felt left out. Scout tried her best to have a polite and cheerful attitude towards Miss Caroline, but I think Miss Caroline feels the need to be strict to be a good teacher, which isn’t the case with first grade children. Miss Caroline definitely influenced Scout’s attitude towards learning because she was so cruel to Scout for just being an advanced student. I believe Scout should have been praised instead of punished. She became afraid and nervous to return. Hope Miss Caroline will realize will change her teaching style.

Chapter one: The children's facination with boo radly is the fact that he never leaves his house, or at least that no one has ever seen him leave his house

I liked both answers you gave!

For chapter 2, I agree Scout had a positive attitude towards school until she got there. I do not think that Miss Caroline should not have punished Scout for being advance. I think Miss Caroline was not use to her students being advance and she did not know how to deal with them.

For chapter 1, I agree their fascination was Boo Radly never left his house and they want to see what he looks like.

Good answers! Keep up the good work!!
