Introduction:

Hello Class,

I want to say hello to everyone, I am really looking forward to working with all of you. First, I am an elementary education major. I am doing my Master's degree in the evenings. During the day I am a Professor in the Department of Health Science and Sport Studies as well as the Director of Athletic Performance here at California University. I hold a Master's degree in Health Science from California University of PA and I am a team member with the National academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am a certified personal trainer (CPT) as well as a performance enhancement specialist (PES). I am currently working on a second master's degree in Education. I work with the Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Golf, Swim, Soccer, and Baseball teams for the University. I spent the summer of 2007 working with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I was able to work in work shops, fitness clubs, sports specific training facilities and in a classroom. In May of 2005 I was drafted into the Canadian Football League (CFL) by the Ottawa Renegades. In 2006 I then signed a two year contract with the Hamilton Tiger Cats (CFL). I teach Performance Enhancement Specialization and Current Health Issues at California University. I just recently got married to Michelle Noelani and enjoy spending time with her. I am very active in the weight room and enjoy working out and exploring new ideas and research in the field of Performance Enhancement. I also love working with others and helping students in any way possible.
